Sheets Extrusion

We are an experienced full-service Custom Sheet Extruder since 1987 in a variety of materials such as Polystyrene (PS), Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and working our best to improve our ability to provide Polylactic Acid (PLA) in order to preserve our environment for future generations in a few years and also the ability to custom a variety sheets properties to meet our customers purpose of uses.

Pressure Forming

Pressure forming process utilizes positive air pressure flow to force heated sheet into a temperature controlled aluminum mold which textures and accurate details are built right into the tooling, moreover, pressure forming allows features beyond the capabilities of vacuum forming including louvers, ribs, recessed areas, crisp details and logos.
