has been providing satisfied customers with custom thermoforming since 1987 by Mr. Virat Woointranon. The company is located in the outer area of Bangkok, Thailand allowing us to be able to ship our products nationwide with ease. Majority of our products began from Polystyrene (PS) including plastic sheets, printed ice cream cup and tray which are virgin, food graded and fully recyclable.

Sheet Extrusion
Thermoplastic resins is heated and forced into a die, which shapes into plastic sheet.
Thermoforming
Plastic sheet processed into shapes using heat, vacuum and pressure.
Cutting and Trimming
Cutting and trimming excess material into finished parts.
Quality Control
Quality is examined to meet our standard before packing.
Packing
Finished parts are then packed and deliver to customers.
